How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 3 - 5 working days. Delivery to Mainland UK takes 5 - 7 working days. All other delivery timeframes vary per location. For information regarding order tracking, please get in touch. Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
Do you ship internationally?

Are there custom charges for my order?
Customs, excise and any applicable VAT duties differentiate from country to country and are not included in our shipping rates. Your local haulier will contact you when your goods arrive to the destination country and advise if any custom charges are applicable.
I want to send a product as a gift, can you include a gift receipt?
Just pop a note with your order and we’ll take it from there.

What's your returns policy?
Returns should be posted to Hedgerows, 18 Main Street, Birr, Co. Offaly, Ireland R42 H7K3 within 7 days of receipt. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement. The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs. The faulty or damaged product must be returned before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
What about damaged goods?
As the customer you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.) If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date. We want you to receive your goods in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit, we will refund or exchange them. Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to Hedgerows, 18 Main Street, Birr, Co. Offaly, Ireland R42 H7K3 in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction.
